• How can I start selling my in-game currency?

    In order to start selling currencies, you need to first verify your account (e-mail address, phone number and Skype contact) - you can check how to do that  under "How can I fully verify my account?" section of this FAQ. After verification is complete you can star selling!

     

    1. Log into your WHINKERTON.COM account.

    2. At the top left corner, under WHINKERTON.COM logo, choose from green list for how long will you be able to deliver gold, confirm your choice by clicking Confirm button.

    3. Go to Sell currency tab.

    4. Choose your server from Game list, next choose server from Server list, enter your currency amount in Number of units gap (please check current unit for your game, for example for World of WarCraft (EU) 1 unit = 1000 gold, what means that when you have 100 000 gold on particular server, please enter 100 in it's cell) and confirm your selection by clicking Add.

    5. Congratulations! You have just added your first server! If you want to update your stock, edit your number of units and click Update number of units button. When you want to remove your server from listing, click delete button near it's name.

     

    You can also upload several servers at once - process of bulk upload is explained in Sell currency tab.

    Please remember to update your stock when it changes. As soon as we got an order for you, we will notify you via SMS and Skype, your order will also be visible in your WHINKERTON.COM account under Currency sell transaction section in Processing tab!

    After successful completion of an order, we will add funds to your WHINKERTON.COM account balance for it and you will be able to either spend it in our store for keys, services and currencies or withdraw it to your PayPal/Skrill account or gifting it by generating Gift Card and handing it to your friend.

  • How can recruit someone and receive 2% bonus from each sale or purchase?

    It's very simple! Just let your friends know about us!

  • How can I activate my CD-Key?

    In order to activate your CD-Key, download guide appropriate for your platform from the list below and follow it's steps:

  • How can I fully verify my account?

    Full verification of your account will grant you many privilages e.g. you will be able to pay by PayPal. Verification process is fast and simple, just follow these steps:

     

    1. Register new account here (e-mail adress used by registration must be same as the one in your PayPal account). 

    2. Enter your mailbox and click activation link in e-mail which we sent to you.

    3. Log into your WHINKERTON.COM account, go to Edit Account tab and enter your Skype Name in Change your Skype ID section.Profil Skype

    4. Please go to Set/change your phone number section, select country and enter your mobile phone number (without 0 and country code), after that we will send you confirmation code via SMS which you need to enter in very same page to verify your number.

    5. Please go to Upload photo of your ID section, click "Choose file" and upload your ID.

    6. Congratulations! You just fully verified your account!

  • What is a Gift Card and how can I obtain it?

    Gift Card is a code, which can be used as a payment method in our store during checkout process. You can generate such Card for yourself or hand it to your friend.
     
    1. Log into your WHINKERTON.COM account and go to Gift Cards tab.
    2. Choose value of your Card and click Generate.
    3. Generated code will be visible in the menu on the left in My Gift Cards tab.
    4. Congratulations! You have just created your very own Gift Card, you can gift it to your friend or use it by yourself in WHINKERTON.COM shop!

    You do not require WHINKERTON.COM account to purchase CD-Keys, it is required only when you want to sell or buy in-game currencies.

    If you purchase CD-Keys without WHINKERTON.COM account, we will create it for you automatically, so when you log in, you will be able to view your purchased code in My transactions section.

  • How will my purchase be delivered?

    All purchased products on WHINKERTON.COM are delivered digitally:

    - activation codes - are sent within 15 minutes after complete payment by e-mail to address provided at checkout/registerd to your WHINKERTON.COM account,

    - in-game currencies  - are delivered usually within 1h (but it can take up to 48h) after complete payment to in-game character on server provided at checkout.

    What is more, if you deleted your e-mail with CD-Key, you can always check purchased code in your WHINKERTON.COM account in My transactions section.

     

    All items purchased on WHINKERTON.COM require Internet connection to work and are in english version (in most cases, they also work in different languages).

    Please check your order status first, log into your WHINKERTON.COM account and go to (dependingly in which tab your order is currently placed, you can interpret it's status as following):

    1. Currency purchase transaction tab (if you purchased in-game currency):

    Pending - we did not receive your payment - please wait 15 minutes until payment gateway processes your payment or there is a problem with your payment - please contact us via 24/7 LiveChat support or e-mail: support@whinkerton.com,

    Processing - we are currently preparing your currency, as soon as it is ready, we will notify you via e-mail, SMS and Skype, in case of not receiving any notofication within 48h - please contact us via 24/7 LiveChat support or e-mail: support@whinkerton.com,

    Completed - your currency has been delivered, you can check delivery screenshots in this tab, in case of not receiving your currency - please contact us via 24/7 LiveChat support or e-mail: support@whinkerton.com,

    Cancelled - there was a problem with your order e.g. payment issue and your order was cancelled, if you think that this situation should not occour - please contact us via 24/7 LiveChat support or e-mail: support@whinkerton.com.

     

    When reporting problem with currency order, please remember to include this information in your message:

    - your WHINKERTON.COM e-mail address,

    - amount of ordered currency and server name,

    - your in-game character name,

    - screenshot of answer from game support (if there is any),

    - any additional information which you consider important.

    As soon as we receive your message, out staff will check your order status and let you know about the solution (usually within 24h). If you do not receive your currency within 48h (usually delivery takes up to 1h), you will receive your money back and a discount coupon!

    If you deleted your e-mail with CD-Key, you can always check purchased code in your WHINKERTON.COM account in Available tab.

     

    When reporting problem with game code order, please remember to include this information in your message:

    - code with which you have problem,

    - your WHINKERTON.COM e-mail address,

    - screenshot of error which occours when you try to activate code,

    - screenshot of answer from game support (if possible with exact date when/if code was used),

    - any additional information which you consider important.

    As soon as we receive your message, our staff will check your key and let you know about the solution (usually within 24h). If code was invalid, we will replace it, if you still have problems with it, you will receive your money back and a discount coupon!
